Day 2: Guarding Truth with Wisdom

Devotional: In our age of social media accusations and viral rumors, God's wisdom stands firm: don't receive accusations without multiple eyewitnesses. This protects both the accused and the integrity of God's church. False accusations destroy reputations and ministries, while unaddressed sin corrupts the body of Christ. God calls us to a higher standard—one that requires evidence, not gossip; witnesses, not hearsay. When sin is proven, it must be addressed publicly so others may fear and respect God's holiness. This isn't about protecting image; it's about protecting truth. Before you share, listen to, or believe accusations about anyone—especially church leaders—ask yourself: Am I an eyewitness, or am I spreading gossip?
